Dragon Quest VIII

I wrote a review for Dragon Quest VIII today! ;P

The best RPG for PS2!
Some months ago I was thinking that they don't make such good 'ol classic Role Playing Games like Final Fantasy 1-7, Chrono Trigger, Breath of Fire and Dragon Quest (Older Japanese Versions) anymore, But I was wrong, Dragon Quest VIII is the game that proves that Square Enix can still create masterpieces!

The story is great but there's something that's missing, and that's Love (There's a lot of love in Final Fantasy games and that what makes FF to such a great game) , but still Dragon Quest VIII is fun to play, it will take you a lot of time to complete the game, because of all the side quests and stuff, you won't get tired of it after playing 4 or more hours, (I can play it all day! ;) , the music is just fantastic, (this is the first time I heard such a great soundtrack , since Final Fantasy 9!) Voice casting is also O.K.!

Graphics: The graphics are great, the animations are smooth, and the whole game looks like an anime!

Story: The story is as simple as it can be, but still are really great!! As I said before this is the best Role Playing Game for the PS2!

This is a must have for PS2, this is the game and it is not worth 70 bucks! It's worth more that that!
Buy the game and you won't regret this!

P.S. Some people say that the random battles in Dragon Quest VIII are really annoying, but I don't agree with them, I think it's really fun and when you are at high level it won't be difficult!

Windows Vista Beta, Finally Installed!

I installed Windows Vista and it looks fabulous! The only bad thing is that I can't play TES IV Oblivion on it :(
but that's probably because it's only Beta now! Windows Vista will be officially released at the end of this year! Now at least I know that my hardware supports it!
P.S. I liked that 3D desktop effect!

Windows Vista Installation error

The installation could not get past 50% in Microsoft Virtual PC 2004, so I switched to Microsoft Virtual Server 2005, let's hope that Virtual Server will handle Windows Vista.

I got Windows VISTA Official BETA 2 , BUILD 5270 from E-Bay today, and now i'm installing it on my "Microsoft Virtual PC 2004" (I'm doing it to make sure my hardware will support it)
I want to try Microsoft's new direct x 10 API! mmm ;) I wonder how TES IV Oblivion will look like on it....

I will post updates later. (I'm sure it takes a lot of time to install it! specially on a Virtual PC)
